The United Service Institution of India was founded in 1870 by a soldier scholar, Colonel (later Major General) Sir Charles MacGregor. The story of its growth is the story of the growth of the Indian Armed Forces. It was founded for ‘furtherance of interest and knowledge in the art, science and literature of the Defence Services.’
DAY 06TH
1. USI, in collaboration with SEBI, and HDFC MF, has taken a powerful initiative to spread Financial Awareness and Investor Education - among those who safeguard our nation.
2. The Inaugural event of Mission Samridhi was launched on Saturday, 06 December 2026, at the USI Auditorium, marking a significant step toward - empowering our soldiers with financial awareness and knowledge.
3. The session was attended by officers, JCOs, and Jawans from Delhi Cantt. This awareness will spread a meaningful, secured and long-term financial wellbeing.
DAY 08
1. USI in collaboration with HDFC MF, as per SEBI mandate, taken an initiative to spread 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 - among those who safeguard our nation.
2. The Second Session of 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐡𝐢 was launched on Monday, 08 December 2025, at the USI Auditorium. This is a significant step towards empowering our soldiers with financial awareness and knowledge.
