Cyber First Responder Program : 22 Sep 2025

On 22 Sep 2025, USI of India, under its cybersecurity awareness initiative through the Centre for Emerging Technologies for Atma Nirbhar Bharat (CETANB), conducted “Cyber First Responder Program” - a Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop, in collaboration with CyberPeace Foundation, which was attended by 450 NCC cadets and more than 30 staff members of PHHP&C Dte and Uttarakhand Dte.

Mode of conduct was hybrid mode - at NCC Academy, Malout, Punjab and USI of India, New Delhi.

The event was held during Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp being conducted by 25 Punjab Battalion NCC, Abohar on behalf of PHHP &C Dte/ Ludhiana Gp.

The session aimed to enhance awareness about emerging cyber threats, promote best practices in online safety, and encourage responsible digital behavior.

Through comprehensive discussions on topics ranging from phishing attacks to digital identity protection, the program empowered the NCC cadets with the foundational knowledge and skills required to navigate the digital space safely and responsibly.
