The story of its growth is the story of the growth of the Indian Armed Forces. It was founded for ‘furtherance of interest and knowledge in the art, science and literature of the Defence Services.’

Cyber First Responder Program :  28 Aug 2025

Continuing with its cybersecurity awareness initiative, Centre for Emerging Technologies for Atma Nirbhar Bharat (CETANB), USI of India, in collaboration with CyberPeace Foundation, successfully conducted “Cyber First Responder Program” - a Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop on 28 August 2025, in Hybrid Mode, at Udhampur, Ferozepur, and New Delhi.

Over 800 Officers, Staff, and Cadets from:

  •  7 J&K NCC Battalion, Kupwara
  •  13 Punjab NCC Battalion, Ferozepur

actively participated in this impactful session to build awareness on the latest cyber threats, online safety, and digital hygiene.

From phishing attacks to digital identity protection — the workshop empowered NCC Cadets with essential cyber defence knowledge to stay safe in an increasingly digital world.
