Key Takeaways:

  • India and Oman have had longstanding historical and cultural relations. To further concretise the relationship between the two countries, there should be a roadmap for partnership and cooperation. In this regard, delegations from National Defence College (NDC) Oman and the United Services Institution (USI) of India identified the areas of research and activities to work upon jointly. The genesis, structure, and strategic work of USI as a think tank along with their methodologies for undertaking projects/assignments were also thoroughly discussed.
